These are some files contributed to GnuPG by several people.

Due to different reasons they are not in standard distribution.
It is still free software anyway.

3des.c.gz - Triple DES extension which uses SSLeay. See the comments in
	    the source how to compile.

ru.po.gz - Russian language file (by QingLong) which we can't put in the 
           standard distribution due to a missing disclaimer. 

gnupg_0.4.0-ru.po.gz - Another Russion language file
                       (by  Michael Sobolev, Alexey Vyskubov)
