Added HIGH_PRIORITY option to
INSERT. This overrides the
effect of the
--low-priority-updates server
option and does not perform concurrent inserts.

_rowid can now be used as an alias for an
integer type unique indexed column.
Added back blocking of SIGPIPE when
compiling with --thread-safe-clients to make
things safe for old clients.
